Eddie Williams
The Chicago Bears signed former Washington Redskins fullback Eddie Williams to a one-year deal on Wednesday the team announced.
Williams, who was drafted in the seventh-round of the 2009 draft, did not appear in a game and broke his leg during a November practice which resulted in season ending surgery.
He was among the ten Redskins cut in last week’s “Bloodbath at Redskins Park.”
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Williams hauled in 100 passes while amassing 1,205 yards and 11 touchdowns during his four years at Idaho in college.
