Adultery Themed Website Wants NFL Stadium Naming Rights

New Meadowlands Stadium

Adultery website AshleyMadison.com wants naming rights to the new.

A dating website for married adults seeking affairs wants to sponsor the new home of the New York Giants and Jets.

AshleyMadison.com is willing to fork over $25 million to secure the naming rights for the New Meadowlands Stadium. Not only that, they are also willing to match any offer over that amount.

Website founder Noel Biderman sent a letter to the stadium CEO informing him that they were wanted to wrap up the naming rights for the next five years according to TMZ.

Despite the boatload of money, it is highly unlikely the adultery themed website will become the title sponsor of the new stadium.

In an unrelated note, I have to tip my hat to the marketing crew at the website. Their slogan is simple and to the point: “Life is short. Have an affair.”

Marketing 101… know thy audience. And they sure do.
