The Pittsburgh Steelers kept their faint playoff hopes alive Sunday with a 23-20 win over the Baltimore Ravens.
A 38-yard Jeff Reed field goal with 5:30 left to play in the game was the difference maker.
Ben Roethlisberger followed up last week’s 503 yard performance with a respectable 259 yard game, completing 17 of 33 passes. He also had one touchdown and one interception.
Santonio Holmes caught five passes for 86 yards and a touchdown to lead the Steelers receiving corps.
Mike Wallace was right behind with a three catch, 83 yard game.
The ground game was stiffled by the stingy Ravens defense, as the team’s leading rusher Rashard Mendenhall was held to 36 yards on 17 carries.
For the Ravens, Joe Flacco was 13 of 25 passing for 166 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.
Ray Rice dominated Baltimore’s ground game, earning 141 yards on 30 carries.
