According to Mike Sando of ESPN.com, 
Seattle GM Tim Ruskell is on the way out. There is a news conference scheduled for Thursday at 1pm.
Ruskell ‘s contract was set to expire after this season.
Ruskell came to Seattle in 2005 and helped build the Super Bowl team, the first in franchise history.
