Ben Roethlisberger
Ben Roethlisberger threw for 503 yards and three touchdowns, including a 19-yard end zone strike to Mike Wallace with no time left on the clock to lead the Pittsburgh Steelers to a miraculous 37-36 win over the Green Bay Packers.
To put it simply, this game was unreal.
Roethlisberger’s 503 yards were the 10th most in NFL history for a single game.
He was 29 of 46 passing and did not throw an interception.
Hines Ward hauled in seven catches for 126 yards.
Tight end Heath Miller had a career day, also grabbing seven passes for 118 yards.
Mike Wallace made the most out of his two catches… both went for touchdowns, including the game winner.
Rashard Mendenhall earned 38 yards on the ground via 11 carries. He found the end zone twice on the day, once on the ground and once through the air.
Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers had a strong showing as well with 383 yards and three touchdowns on 26 of 48 passing. He too was interception free.
Jermichael Finley caught nine passes for 74 yards and one touchdown.
Greg Jennings had five catches for 118 yards, including a 83 yard touchdown strike in the first quarter.
With the win, the Steelers stop a five game loosing skid and keep their playoff hopes alive, entering a six team log jam at 7-7 vying for a playoff spot.
