Michael Turner is expected to suit up and play for the Atlanta Falcons this Sunday when they take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Turner has been limited this week in practice after suffering a high ankle sprain two weeks ago.
The plan, according to Steve Wyche of NFL.com, is for Turner to be tested in pre-game warmups. However, he has looked good enough during his short time in practice this week that the Falcons expect him to go.
It is unclear as to whether he will start should he be active.
RB Jason Snelling would get the nod should Turner be shut down.
