Atlanta Falcons QB Matt Ryan will not return to the game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after injuring his toe.
The injury occurred on the last play of the Falcon’s first drive of the game when he was sacked by Stylez G. White.
Initially the Falcons training staff taped his foot to see if that would provide enough support. However, after trying to put pressure on it, Ryan quickly sat back down.
Further tests are likely later today or tomorrow.
