Cleveland Browns head coach Eric Mangini may have given the mother of all halftime speeches to his team on Thursday night when they faced the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Mangini threatened to lock the players out if they did not hold their lead in the second half.

“Coach said, ‘Do not come back in this locker room without a win,’” Josh Cribbs told the Canton Repository.

“I mean, he said, ‘Don’t come back in this locker room without a win. Just don’t come. I’m going to lock the door.’ We all looked at him.”

Cribbs took the message to heart, having a huge came that night.
