Giants Getting Help from Ex-Bronco for Thanksgiving

The New York Giants have some help this week getting prepared for a Thanksgiving showdown with the Broncos.

Former Broncos practice squad player D.J. Johnson, whom the Giants signed on November 11, has been spending a lot of time with coaching staff breaking down Denver’s defense.

“I’m kind of snitching this week,” Johnson told reporters on Monday. “I’m going to volunteer. After all, they pay my checks now,”

Loyal this week, Johnson is also a realist about his time with the Giants.

“To tell you the truth, I don’t know about my future here,” he told the New York Daily News. “And I’m fully aware of the possibility that’s what I was brought in for.”
