Freeney Invactive Against Texans

Indianapolis Colts’ star DE Dwight Freeney did not travel with the team as the division-leader Colts prepare to take on the Houston Texans.

Freeney, 4th in the NFL in sacks with 9.5, has been playing hurt for a quite a while now. Last week against the Ravens, he did not record either a sack or tackle, which may have been a sign that he needs a game off to rest his injuries.

This news surely eases the mind of QB Matt Schaub and the rest of the Texans offense, who are in dire need of a win in this division game.
