Eagles WR DeSean Jackson is doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons according to a Twitter post by Adam Caplan.
Jackson was absolutely laid out by Redskins LB London Fletcher last Sunday and suffered what was likely a concussion, though no official word has been released.
His status for the game in Atlanta is not set in stone by any stretch, but the Eagles are being very cautious with head injuries this year—just look at Brian Westbrook.
Reggie Brown would take Jackson’s spot on the field if he is unable to go.
The timing for Philadelphia is unfortunate as Atlanta is ranked 27th in the league on pass defense.
