Tampa Bay Buccaneers PR/KR Clifton Smith was knocked out of Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers… quite literally.
Clifton left the game following the opening kickoff where he suffered his second concussion of the season.
He will not return to the game.
Rotoworld speculates that the injury could be a season ender for the return-man.
